Key Responsibilities
- Driving the adoption of NTU Education Dashboards to support decision-making at various levels within the university.
- Support business data users in automating student administration processes through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and manage the student data catalogue for management reporting and data analytics projects, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Train staff on data-related frameworks, concepts, and competencies in data analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
- Over 7 years of professional experience in data analytics.
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in data modeling, database design and development, data mining, and machine learning techniques. Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) is advantageous.
- Proficiency with data visualisation tools such as Qlik Sense, along with programming proficiency in Python/R and SQL.
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath and Power Automate is an advantage.
- Proven track record in planning and executing data analytics projects to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
