Key Responsibilities
- Perform phage display selection, screening, and optimization for monoclonal antibody discovery.
- Conduct mouse monoclonal antibody generation using hybridoma technology.
- Carry out antibody characterization (binding affinity, specificity, epitope mapping, stability).
- Engineer antibodies for enhanced function (Fc modifications, bispecific formats, humanization).
- Evaluate therapeutic efficacy in cell-based assays and murine tumor models.
- Develop the workflow for antibody generation and engineering.
- Collaborate with team members on research projects and contribute to manuscript preparation and grant applications.
Requirements
- PhD in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in phage display or antibody discovery platforms.
- Hands-on expertise in protein expression, purification, and characterization (e.g., ELISA, SPR/BLI, FACS).

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
