Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Hiring Delivery: Take full accountability for the recruitment lifecycle, from initial intake and strategic sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Requirements
- A degree in any discipline with 8–12 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
- Extensive hands-on experience with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), AI-driven sourcing tools, and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and other specialized databases.
- Deep knowledge of Singapore’s talent market and a proven track record of successful proactive sourcing for both high-volume and specialized senior roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example. You possess the maturity to handle complex stakeholder relationships and the flexibility to pivot between high-level strategy and tactical execution.
- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills. You are an independent, resourceful problem-solver who remains a committed team player at heart.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities without compromising on the quality of hire or candidate experience.
