Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Registration as a Professional Architect or Engineer is highly advantageous.
- At least 20 years of management experience in the built environment, with a strong track record in leading large-scale construction projects (S$50 million and above), including A&A, R&R and new-build developments.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, regulatory requirements, workplace safety, and sustainability practices relevant to campus development.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams, engage senior stakeholders, and coordinate complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Familiarity with business development activities, including opportunity assessment and stakeholder engagement, to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, complemented by proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
