Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements
- Engage stakeholders to gather, validate, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and supporting documentation.
- Work closely with business users, IT teams, and project management partners to ensure requirements and solutions are well understood and aligned across related systems.
- System Implementation & Delivery Support
- Provide business analysis support across system modules and digital platforms that interface with the Student Management System.
- Support the sourcing, evaluation, and implementation of system solutions to ensure they meet business needs and integrate appropriately with upstream and downstream systems.
- Support delivery planning activities by contributing to work plans, milestones, and dependency tracking in collaboration with project managers.
- Governance, Change & Adoption
- Establish and maintain cross-system standards, documentation, and governance practices to support consistent and effective system use.
- Assess change requests with consideration for cross-system impacts, dependencies, and data consistency, and support the implementation and adoption of new or enhanced functionalities.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- (typically 6–10 years) in business analysis or enterprise system implementation roles.
