Key Responsibilities
- The research assistant will focus on the following tasks
- Numerical simulation of electronic devices.
- Experimental characterization analysis of high-speed electronic devices.
- Providing general research support to i-Lab@NTU.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Familiarity with micro and nano device simulation and characterization
- Proficiency in fundamentals of electrical engineering, in particular semiconductor physics and electromagnetics theory
- Good written and oral communication skills
