Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Reporting and Data Management
  • Coordinate and consolidate data from various CET units and systems for regular reporting to university management, Board of Trustees, MOE, and SSG.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data submissions and reports.
  • Maintain proper documentation and version control of reporting templates and datasets.
  • 2. Data Analysis and Dashboard Development
  • Analyse CET performance indicators and learner data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to design and maintain dashboards for tracking key metrics and reporting outcomes.
  • Support the development and automation of reporting workflows to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
  • 3. Process Improvement and Data Landscape Review
  • Review and map the current CET data landscape across systems and units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Management, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in administrative reporting, data management, or institutional planning (experience in CET or higher education preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple reporting timelines concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proactive in identifying process improvements and digital solutions for data reporting.
