Key Responsibilities
- Conducting research in the area of power grid in the context of decarbonization
- Contributing in writing research proposals
- Writing research reports, deliverables and scientific publications
- Contributing in guiding research students at a Master or doctorate level
- Presenting research advances and outcomes at relevant events
- Coordinating the tackled research work with ERIAN/NTU researchers and other involved institutions
- Organize seminars and contribute to the scientific animation of ERIAN
Requirements
- PhD (for Research Fellow and above equivalent) degree in power systems or related field
- At least 1 years of relevant experiences in power system modelling / technical hands-on experience in power grid dynamics and control
- Familiarity with power grid modelling tools
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in numeric, analytical, and control skills
- Competent in team working, good interaction with funding institutions and industry
- Ability to work in autonomy, to respect timelines, to be well organized, to report on a regular basis to the management, to continue to learn
