Key Responsibilities
- Grant management and research administration
- Act as a primary point of contact for faculty members and provide end-to-end grant management and research administration support, including research-related agreements and events
- Assist with the compilation/tracking of research data
- Work with Office of Finance on research account-related matters
- Logistic support for events/workshops initiated by Associate Dean (Research)’s Office of CoS
- Provide grant administration support to Climate and Weather Research Programme Office (CWRPO)
- Prepare and submit grant-related claims
- Support audits, including preparing documentation and responding to queries, and ensure compliance with NRF, NTU, and CWRPO grant guidelines
- Coordinate and consolidate annual node progress reports from PIs and research teams
- Support development of science communication outputs such as project brief, newsletters, website updates, and other activities related to CAWRAS
Requirements
- Degree with around 3 years of relevant working experience or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve objectives
- Meticulous and detail-oriented in task execution
- Fast learner who is comfortable navigating and using IT systems
- Quick-thinking, resilient, and resourceful, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
