Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations Support
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide advisory support on HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and HR administrative processes for faculty and research staff
- Manage administrative processes for contract renewals in coordination with stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy of HR data and support preparation of reports for decision-making
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and institutional policies
- 2. Recruitment Administration
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes for full-time and contingent roles
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services to ensure timely hiring
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies and manage vendor coordination
Requirements
- Degree with at least 3 years of experience in human resources administration field. Candidates with prior experience of working in an educational / academic/ research environment would have an added advantage
- Highly attentive to details, possess the ability to multi-task and to manage deliverables under tight timelines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving HR needs
- Proactive in resolving conflicts, answering queries, and addressing challenges faced by employees in a dynamic academic setting.
- Candidates with prior experience in using Workday system would have an advantage
