Key Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced research in robotics and machine learning, focusing on data-driven robot perception, adaptive control, sensor fusion, and safe human-robot interaction.
- Publish findings in top-tier journals/conferences.
- Assist in preparing competitive CRP research project grant proposals, including reviewing literature, shaping technical aims, and drafting relevant sections.
- Collaborate with faculty, research staff, and students on joint robotics and AI projects and support the supervision of graduate students.
- Engage with industry or academic partners when required to explore collaborative opportunities and contribute to project deliverables.
Requirements
- PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, with strong background in robotics and machine learning.
- At least 4 years of research experience in related area.
- Publications in top-tier journals and/or conference presentations as first author is highly preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
