Key Responsibilities
- Design and Simulation of integrated photonics components such as waveguides, grating couplers, etc.
- Micro- and Nano-fabrication of photonics devices in cleanroom environments.
- Experimental characterization of integrated photonics chips.
- Providing general research support to i-Lab.
Requirements
- PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Research experience in photonics with a strong publication track record
- Expertise in cleanroom nano-fabrication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
