Requirements

  • A University degree, preferably in Instructional Design, Education or Learning Sciences and Technologies. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design, teaching and learning, within a higher educational setting or with adult learners. Proven ability to manage successful learning projects.
  • To be considered for the Senior Learning Strategist position, candidates should:
  • Possess at least 5 years of experience in instructional design, teaching, learning, and the adult education landscape.
  • Possess a proven track record of managing complex learning projects.
  • Demonstrate experience in a mentorship role and in leading complex projects.
  • Expert knowledge of applying Adult Learning theories in the design of Blended Learning experiences.
  • Possess strong research skills.
  • Proven track record in designing and facilitating faculty development workshops for diverse audiences.
  • Possess strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of emerging educational technologies for teaching and learning.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously and consistently deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience in facilitating both face-to-face and online sessions.
