Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for research and academic organisations in Singapore.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across academic & research institutions.
  • Drive growth opportunities aligned with customer research priorities, funding initiatives and institutional objectives.
  • Lead cross divisional collaboration and cross functional collaboration with commercial, technical, marketing, and business teams.
  • Translate market intelligence and customer insights into actionable business strategy and growth initiatives.
  • Drive opportunity development, pipeline expansion, strategic account reviews and business growth.

Requirements

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology or a related scientific discipline.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore academic, research and life sciences ecosystem, including stakeholders and funding landscape.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving business growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and achieving commercial objectives.
  • Experience navigating complex matrix organizations and leading cross-functional collaboration.
  • Results-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive business outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate customer needs and market insights into practical business actions.
