Key Responsibilities
- Provide reliable and efficient IT support across manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, and office environments.
- Support business operations across two primary manufacturing sites and contribute to maintaining stable, secure, and high-performing IT systems.
- What will you do?
- Deliver IT support to internal users across manufacturing, lab, office, and warehouse environments Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues Support production systems to ensure high availability and minimal downtime Perform onboarding/offboarding, including hardware setup and user readiness Monitor IT systems, infrastructure, and server room environment Act as smart hands for server room operations, including rack and inventory management Maintain IT asset inventory, lifecycle tracking, and documentation Manage IT procurement through ERP systems (PR/PO creation, vendor coordination, delivery tracking)
- Support software deployment, patching, and endpoint security updates Support and troubleshoot video conferencing systems (Dell MTR, Logitech VC)
- Set up and support townhall events and large meetings using Microsoft Teams Collaborate with regional and global IT teams for issue escalation and project support Coordinate and support local IT projects, including upgrades and deployments Provide remote support to other Singapore sites and travel on-site when required Work with vendors to deliver services and resolve technical issues Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and AI-related tasks Provide after-hours or weekend support when required Brief Description Mid-level IT Support Analyst responsible for providing end-user support, maintaining IT operations, and supporting manufacturing environments across multiple sites in Singapore.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field 3–5 years of IT support experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred
- Experience working with IT ticketing systems and SLA-based support Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Strong knowledge of end-user computing (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365)
- Experience supporting legacy Windows systems (e.g., Windows 7, XP) in controlled environments Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and deployment Basic understanding of servers, networking, and IT security
- Experience in server room support (smart hands)
