Requirements
- The Experience Design Center (XDC) at Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Senior UX Researcher to provide tactical and strategic research insights for new scientific products and user experiences.
- Apply analysis skills to determine metrics, calculate statistical measures, and report results accurately
- Strong storytelling and stakeholder influence skills
- Experience conducting research in complex domains (e.g., scientific, healthcare, or regulated environments)
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus
- Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in a behavioral or cognitive science (e.g., Psychology, Human Factors, HCI, Anthropology, Sociology), or a relevant field such as Usability Engineering or Life Sciences, preferred.
