Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for complex technology and product roles - from role briefing and market mapping through to offer management.
  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and People Business Partners, providing market intelligence and candidate landscape insight to shape hiring strategies.
  • Lead proactive sourcing for passive technology talent across software engineering, hardware engineering, AI/ML, and product disciplines.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for priority capability areas, including AI/ML engineering, full-cycle/full-stack software engineering, and senior product roles.
  • Represent ResMed's EVP and technology transformation story to candidates in the APAC market.
  • Use data, sourcing analytics, and AI-powered TA tools to drive efficiency and improve the quality of hire.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of technology recruiting experience, with a track record across software engineering, hardware engineering, and/or product management in an enterprise technology or high-tech environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of the APAC technology talent market, with direct hiring experience in Singapore and Australia.
  • Demonstrable expertise in the AI/ML engineering talent market in APAC - understanding of the candidate landscape, compensation dynamics, and sourcing strategies for this competitive discipline.
  • Advanced direct sourcing and passive talent engagement skills - market mapping, dynamic search techniques, talent intelligence tools, and the ability to convert passive candidates through informed outreach.
  • Proven stakeholder management capability, with experience partnering with senior engineering leaders and People Business Partners in fast-paced, transformation-driven organisations.
  • Comfort operating with autonomy - you can set direction on a search, not just execute a process.
