Key Responsibilities
- Program/ProjectLeadership & Execution (Primary Accountability)
- Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of multi‑year, multi‑workstream technology programs/projectsspanningtheResmedsupply chain.
- Lead delivery of either major standalone initiatives or complex, multi‑workstream programs, adapting governance, cadence, and depth of hands‑on engagement to match regulatory risk, scale, and delivery criticality Support development of anintegratedGTSSupply chainmaster plan including milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
- Drive disciplined management of scope, schedule, cost, risks, and issues with clear escalation paths.
- Ensure delivery readiness through structured checkpoints (design readiness, build readiness, cutover readiness).
- Lead delivery discussions in governance forums, steerco meetings, and executive reviews, bringing first‑hand insight from active program execution and framing clear options, risks, and trade‑offs for decision Provide independent challenge and decision support on delivery trade‑offs, sequencing, and investment choices.
Requirements
- Required Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years' experience in technical project or program management in complex environments.
- Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern delivery toolsets.
- Strongworkingknowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
- Experience insupply chain, ormulti domainenvironments.
- PMP,SAFe, or equivalent certification.
