Key Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, and qualify new innovative NAND Flash memory products
- Define and validate product configuration parameters
- Apply CAD tools and Verilog simulations for build verification and in-depth circuit analysis
- Identify build marginalities and recommend circuit-related fixes
- Perform electrical failure analysis to determine root causes of device issues
- Use engineering benches and testers for device characterization and failure analysis
- Support preparation of engineering samples
- Integrate AI-assisted tools into daily work to improve efficiency and quality
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing AI-enabled enhancements
