Key Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement of RDA equipment applications and recipe setup flows to reduce Time‑to‑Recipe (TTR) and improve repeatability and data quality
- Support cost‑saving and productivity initiatives through best‑known methods, recipe reuse, and workflow optimization across RDA toolsets
- Perform tool recovery activities to restore availability and performance after downtimes, upgrades, or excursions
- Manage hardware‑related logistics such as tool access, scheduling, and cross‑team coordination to minimize impact on RDA lot execution
- Support smooth operations of RAM lots and tools, optimizing RAM tool performance and completing cost‑saving projects
- Manage lot disposition and tool operations to ensure accurate measurements without quality issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Nano‑optoelectronics, or Material Science
- 2‑3 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment, specifically with RDA
- Proficiency with RDA tools such as DF, Macro, SEM, E‑beam, XRT, and SAM
- Experience in tools and recipes optimization
- Ability to manage hardware logistics and coordinate cross‑functional teams
- Strong analytical and continuous‑improvement mindset
