Key Responsibilities
- Analyze inline defect and yield data to characterize crater defects in LAM TEOS CVD process.
- Understand the LAM TEOS CVD process flow and chamber conditions.
- Support limited experiments (DOE / split runs) under PEE guidance to drive defect reduction.
- Evaluate the impact of defect improvement on critical film metrics.
