Key Responsibilities
- Maintain vigilance and bring up workplace safety concerns
- Demonstrate a solid grasp of all Fab Support duties and able to assist in developing the technical skills of your team.
- Perform administrative and supervisory duties for shift techs: attendance, staffing, and reviews
- Serve as the main point of contact between the FAB personnel and the Fab Support group regarding Production issues
- Ensure coverage as needed to maintain shift needs
- Coordinate shift contribution to TPM activities
Requirements
- A relevant Diploma in any Engineering courses OR equivalent working experience Strong mechanical competence with the ability to understand and repair mechanical systems Vacuum system knowledge and troubleshooting ability Ability to use schematic diagrams to solve systems to components level Intermediate PC skills including a familiarity with MS Office Suite Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to effectively prioritize tasks Time management, organization, and prioritization skills Follows procedures and work with minimal supervision Able to perform 12-hour work shift Good communication and interpersonal skills About Micron Technology, Inc.
