Key Responsibilities

  • As a Staff Specialist, Global Mobility , you will play a key role in managing and optimizing Micron's international relocation and assignment programs .
  • Act as a subject‑matter advisor, partnering closely with People Organization leaders, Finance, Tax, Legal, and third‑party service providers to enable business objectives through compliant, cost‑effective, and employee‑centric mobility solutions.
  • Independently manage complex mobility cases, driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax requirements, and contributing to regional and global mobility strategy and process improvements.
  • Actively engage with external mobility networks to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Main Responsibilities Independently manage assigned components of the company's mobility program , including planning, execution, communication, assessment, and continuous operational optimization to meet business and talent objectives.
  • Serve as a Talent Mobility advisor , providing consultative guidance on relocation and assignment solutions to People Organization partners and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, Finance , or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience .
  • 7+ years of professional experience in Global Mobility.
  • Must‑Have Technical Skills Solid understanding of international relocation and assignment program structures , mobility policies, and industry best practices.
  • Working knowledge of tax, immigration, and compliance considerations related to international mobility.
  • Experience partnering with Relocation Management Companies (RMCs) or external mobility vendors.
  • Strong process and operational mindset, with experience in program execution and optimization .
