Key Responsibilities
- Category Management & Strategic Sourcing of Facilities Equipment: Establish processes to track collaborator happiness with key suppliers.
- Category Management & Strategic Sourcing of Facilities Equipment: Develop category strategies for managed categories and validate strategies with Global and Regional Category Managers and internal partners.
- Cost Management & Analysis: Drive category savings/revenue and scorecard metric targets.
- Negotiation: Lead or participate in negotiations for contract extensions and renewals, renegotiation of prices, transfers, etc.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with Customers to Deliver Strategic Solutions and maintain a strong expertise in the assigned spend categories through relationships with key customers
- Business Partnering: Drive a customer-centric approach to solving issues and representing Procurement while maintaining a collaborative partnership to improve cost-effectiveness, supply chain efficiency, and resilience.
- Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
