Key Responsibilities
- Apply process engineering and data analytics to improve dry etch performance.
- The intern will be exposed to real tool and process data to identify opportunities in stability, productivity, and yield.
- Analyze dry etch process and equipment data (e.g.
- SPC, RPT, MA/Util, fault trends).
- Identify sources of process variation, drift, or productivity loss.
- Support evaluation of recipe changes, hardware improvements, or operational controls.
