About the role
Lead new initiatives in frontend product integration at Micron Technology, focusing on high‑value‑bits yield, process optimization, and tool performance benchmarking. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Process & Equipment Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Integration, Data Science, Quality, and Suppliers to develop data‑driven solutions and deploy them globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate data solutions and methodologies to identify process, test, and design improvement opportunities for UE_ROW, Front End‑PTS integration, and high‑value‑bits (PG2+) yield
- Model, monitor, and benchmark tool performance
- Develop process equipment prognostics and integration optimization
- Identify test optimization opportunities for high product grade yield improvement
- Collaborate with Process & Equipment Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Integration Engineering, and Data Science to assess feasibility and prototype solutions
- Partner with Global Quality, Product Engineering, Central PEE, Smart Manufacturing AI, Technology Development, and suppliers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions
Requirements
- PhD, Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience in semiconductor industry with exposure to product integration, test solutions, product engineering, or circuit design engineering
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and control systems
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Y3, JMP, or Python
- Knowledge of statistical or machine learning techniques (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions, multitask, solve problems, and perform root‑cause analysis
