About the role
The Technologist – QEM Change Management is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting Micron's GeRM, Sigma, SPC, and traveler systems, defining and enforcing global standards, documenting lessons learned and fab business rules, and coaching end‑users on process control applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Setup, maintain and troubleshoot Micron's GeRM, Sigma, SPC and traveler systems
- Define, implement, and enforce worldwide standards for the above systems
- Contribute as a member in assigned areas of responsibility
- Document lessons learned and fab business rules for process control systems
- Coach end‑users in proper use of traveler and process control system applications
Requirements
- Diploma in engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related science field, or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with diverse people
- Basic PC skills including MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic to intermediate data extraction, analysis, and reporting skills
- Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Self‑motivated with good work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
