About the role
The Global Facilities Construction Schedule Control Manager leads project controls, scheduling, and risk management for large‑scale construction projects, ensuring compliance with global processes, integrating 4D BIM models, and delivering accurate schedule and cost reporting across semiconductor, data‑center, and industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for driving compliance with defined global processes and procedures across all construction project activities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including process frameworks, audit reports, and project controls guidelines
- Serve as primary interface between line planning, engineering, construction, procurement, and finance teams on scheduling and risk matters
- Partner with BIM team to align 4D BIM models with construction schedules throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with estimating teams on baseline schedule and cost integration
- Lead scheduling using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, integrating 3D models with schedules via Autodesk Navisworks, Bentley Synchro, or equivalent
