Key Responsibilities
- Lead technology development programs and projects to meet go‑to‑market timelines
- Align program‑ and project‑level plans, dependencies, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules with cross‑functional teams
- Ensure deliverables meet program requirements and business processes
- Identify and resolve risks, issues, and roadblocks, escalating as needed
- Facilitate regular project reviews and meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3‑5+ years of semiconductor frontend/backend manufacturing experience, including at least 1 year with HBM
- Experience in project/process integration, program management, technology development, operations management, or process engineering
- Solid understanding of advanced packaging flows
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, statistical tools, Confluence, Power BI, Power Apps
- Knowledge of SAP, Teamcenter, and manufacturing execution systems
