Key Responsibilities
- Support project setup activities including WBS deployment, project structure alignment, and tool configuration for global projects.
- Develop, update, and manage training materials, job aids, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Implement and oversee cost auditing processes to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Cost Control & Reporting a)
- Maintain project budgets, cost breakdown structures (CBS) and cost codes aligned to WBS and contract scopes.
- Track and control commitments, actual costs, and forecasts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of working experience in the Construction Industry 3+ years of experience in cost control, preferably within the semiconductor industry or a similar capital projects environment.
- Strong understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate across global teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support diverse user groups.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
