About the role
Senior Engineer in Micron's High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) group responsible for design validation, test mode verification, data analysis, root‑cause debugging, and cross‑functional collaboration with design, manufacturing, test, and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Cross‑functional collaboration with Design, Manufacturing, Test, Quality and external customers
- Perform validation work on test modes and designs using simulation, data analysis, and ATE/bench analysis
- Root cause understanding and resolution of manufacturing, test and quality issues through hardware and software debugging, circuit simulations and data analysis
- Promote innovation and challenge the status quo to maintain competitive edge
- Utilize in‑house statistical tools for engineering data analysis, validation and risk assessment
- Make technical decisions on risk analysis and project prioritization
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- More than 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of VLSI, semiconductor processes, and basic device physics
- Experience with schematic design, simulation, data analysis, lab debugging or pattern manipulation
- Proficiency in Verilog, VHDL, or SystemVerilog
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
