Key Responsibilities
- Work proactively to solve problems with yield or quality impact on our products through development of measurement recipes that can provide quick and accurate feedback on the product integrity.
- Apply advanced analytics techniques to identify and address deviations in machinery and processes.
- Engage in designing experiments to identifydefect sources and formation mechanisms, providing insights for defectivity improvement projects.
- Collaborate with engineers from diverse departments to contribute ideas and assist in implementing breakthrough solutions for defectivity improvement.
- Apply the latest innovative inspection tools for defect detection, contributing to advancements in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Set up tool qualification criteria and implement monitoring through Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.
