About the role
The HIG HBM Component Validation Engineer at Micron develops and maintains test programs for high‑bandwidth memory components, supports test infrastructure qualification, ensures test stability and performance across sites, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to validate high‑speed I/O and signal integrity.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test programs for HBM component validation
- Deliver test program releases aligned with validation milestones
- Support test time optimization and parallelism improvements
- Ensure test stability and repeatability across sites and equipment
- Run and debug programs on component validation testers
- Support test equipment qualification and re‑qualification
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of computer architecture and DRAM architecture
- Experience with C/C++, Python, Perl or similar languages
- Understanding of DFT/functional testing (loopback, MBIST, scan)
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and repository systems
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Confluence and Jira
