Key Responsibilities
- As EHSS Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing Micron's environmental, health, safety, and sustainability (EHSS) program at the site.
- Develop strategies and program to ensure compliance to applicable regulations and in line with company EHSS policies.
- Work and support leadership team in identifying priority and resources on EHSS program and objectives.
- Be responsible to interface with governmental agencies related to EHSS matters.
- Responsibilities and Tasks Implement EHSS management systems in alignment with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RBA, local regulations, and company EHSS policy.
- Ensure compliance to applicable regulations, and develop recommendations that provide solutions, remedies, or process alternatives.
Requirements
- 7 years of EHSS experience and the semiconductor industry.
- At least 4 years of experience handling audits and ISO 14001/45001 management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to provide guidance to production and support workers regarding EHSS procedures.
