Senior Facilities Water Engineer responsible for leading UPW/WWT system design, operational support, and continuous improvement across Micron's South Asia sites, driving sustainability, cost reduction, and reliability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead UPW/WWT system design for construction projects.
- Provide technical support and on‑site presence for critical failures across all sites.
- Drive operational excellence through TPM implementation, SPC, MOC, and 8D problem solving.
- Identify and deploy cost reduction and energy optimization measures for water utilities.
- Assess and ensure effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs network‑wide.
- Develop and communicate metrics (e.g., on‑time PMs, MTTF, MTTR) to drive improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6 years of UPW/WWT system engineering experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Proven teamwork, collaboration, and ability to work with multi‑functional, multicultural groups.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving skills across facilities and cross‑functional teams.
