Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, andmaintaincycle time metrics, reports, tools, enablers, and methodologies to enableaccurateperformance measurement and effectiveimprovement ofactions.
- Drive network standardization of metrics, measurement scope and definitions, methodologies, business processes, and modeling to ensure consistent adoption across backend manufacturing sites.
- Establish and support cycle time targets aligned with Micron BestinClassobjectives
- Lead or support Tier 1 Cycle Time subprograms as a subjectmatter expert.
- Identifyperformance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities using descriptive, predictive, and statistical analysis techniques, and translate findings into structured improvement projects.
- Lead and manage a portfolio of cycle time improvement initiatives aligned with strategic priorities, working withcross-siteandcross-functionalteams to ensure execution and results.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering and related.
- At least 5 years of recent semiconductor experience with strong understanding ofBackend (Assy, Test, Module/SSD)orFront-Endmanufacturingprocesses, including system and physical automation, equipment efficiency methodologies, NPI and HVM cycle time, capacity and labor planning, lean manufacturing, value stream mapping, and backend business processes and reporting structures.
- Proficiencyin data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, with solid understanding of statistics to support business and operational decisions Working knowledge of SQL or Python to analyze data, automate analysis, and support data-driven solutionswill be an advantage.
- Foundational understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including AI agents,will be an advantage.
- Acurious, analytical mindset and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative,team-orientedenvironment.
