The Global Facilities Tool Installation Engineer at Micron drives front‑end manufacturing improvements across global sites, leading tool‑installation projects, standardizing processes, aligning best‑known methods, and managing relationships with facilities, suppliers, and fab teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive and support site TI (Tool Installation) projects
- Track global TI project schedule status
- Align and standardize Best Known Methods (BKM) across sites
- Align TSR and TUM data systems
- Standardize Tool Installation Design Packages
- Standardize Facilities Capacity Planning systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Minimum 5 years relevant semiconductor industry experience in a 300mm FAB.
- Good leadership skill in mentoring and managing the performance of teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical skills and good decision making.
- Proven ability to make decisions, multi-task, and troubleshoot problems and address root causes.
- Have demonstrated leadership skills including team and individual development.
