Requirements
- Excellent skills for leading or facilitating multi-organisational teams to success on complex multidimensional projects/programs
- Excellent communication skills to build teams comprised of key skills, to drive progress to plan and to get management support and buy-in for complex projects/programs
- Ability to develop and maintain positive, cooperative, team-oriented relationships with peers, coworkers, management, customers, and auditors
- 2 or more years of Facilities Semiconductor industry engineering experience
- Skills in the creation and management of projects/programs (TABLEAU reports, SharePoint Online (SPMO), etc)
- Working knowledge and drive quality programs such as MOC, FMEA, Calibration, GDMS, Error-Proofing, etc
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- Project/Program management experiences are preferable
- ISO or IATF Audit experience, including training and certification, is preferable
- Domestic and International travel as required by business needs
