Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering required
- Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in the Semiconductor and/or Facilities-related industry
- Technical expertise, knowledge, and experience on Facilities and Semiconductor Mechanical, Process, Electrical, and I&C Systems
- Ability to build and lead teams, develop people and their career growth, and focus the team on driving to meet strategic objectives
- Ability to prioritise and schedule workload and work on multiple tasks concurrently
- Good organisational skills and Service demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good teamwork skills
- Self-motivated worker
- Familiarity with Semiconductor Manufacturing and Facilities systems
- Ability to travel 50-60% of the time or more, to the Micron network sites and FAB Construction project locations, including during Critical Project phases or Site Activities
