Key Responsibilities
- Leading every facet of operations, staffing and improving functional performance in the SMART warehouse Optimize operational strategies to integrate robotic-process-automation (RPA), and human–robot collaborations that enable lean and effective spares/material storage and distribution from Warehouse to Fab Maintain close communication and collaboration with internal and external customers to achieve strategic business objectives Facilitate timely and accurate receipt of both Inventory goods and non-inventory goods and distribution to internal customers Maintaining inventory stock, perform cycle counts and inventory auditing accuracy Active participation in continuous improvement to drive innovation and breakthrough, including process automation, and agentic-AI approach to problem detection, prediction, and optimizing performance.
- Promote a Safe and Green Working Environment through developing adequate processes, procedures and training to align with safety, quality and sustainability goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer, Electrical & Electronics, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering and related fields
- Or minimum 3 years of equivalent experience Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and develop an inclusive and effective team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Embrace challenges with a strong work ethic, and proactive to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of and experience supply chain logistics or warehouse or SAP is preferred.
- Understanding or interest in Agentic-AI applications or data visualization is helpful.
