Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and training to operators on quality requirements and best practices.
- Conduct regular in-process audits and inspections at various stages of manufacturing to verify compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- Utilize measurement tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to assess product and process conformity.
- Document audit findings, non-conformances, and corrective actions in detailed reports for traceability.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to address process deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Monitor and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions and process improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in in-process quality control or manufacturing audits preferred.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality standards, and inspection techniques is preferred.
- Fundamental knowledge of AI tools is an advantage.
- Good project management skills and continuous improvement knowledge is preferred.
