Key Responsibilities
- Support HBM probe activities by executing requests from TSE engineers, including: Evaluation and production lot assignment, tracking, and coordination Lot handling, status monitoring, and execution follow‑up Attribute tagging, traveler setup, and hold / release execution Support experiments and investigations related to: Yield improvement Test time optimization Test errors and probe‑related issues Perform data mining and generate reports with basic analysis to support: Engineering debug and root‑cause investigations NPI learning cycles and ramp readiness Production and release decision reviews Track and maintain HBM probe execution metrics under TSE engineer direction, including: Lot turnaround time (TAT) and execution status Evaluation and experiment completion tracking Hold / release status and aging Generate regular metric summaries and dashboards using standard or auto‑report tools to support daily execution reviews and engineering discussions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability across systems used for TSE probe support, and flag metric anomalies or execution gaps for engineering follow‑up.
- Assist in feeding experiment results back into probe programs under TSE engineer guidance.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Process, Yield, Manufacturing, PI/YE, ME) to ensure smooth execution of HBM probe activities.
