Requirements
- /Qualification/ Selection Criteria :
- Bachelors degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer engineering or related discipline
- Proficiency in M365 Apps such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint etc
- Strong critical‑thinking skills, with the ability to analyze constraints, evaluate trade‑offs, and support data‑driven decision‑making in layout planning.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to drive actions and alignment with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to multi-task and organize work systematically in meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Physically able to work inside a cleanroom environment, including wearing full cleanroom attire (smock, hood, gloves, boots) and performing on‑site checks such as layout validations and equipment‑area walkthroughs.
- Demonstrated at least 2 years of leadership skills, such as in university or other co-curricular activities.
- Prior programming work (inclusive of vibe coding using free Gen AI tools)
- Hands-on experience in AI (Chatbot, Agentic AI, Automation, etc) tools in academic or work environments
- Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
- Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.
