Key Responsibilities
- Safety & Compliance Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Promote a strong safety culture during maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment-related activities.
- Equipment Maintenance & Performance Monitor tool performance and equipment health on a daily basis.
- Schedule and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned tool sets.
- Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities to improve equipment performance, reliability, and utilization.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues using mechanical, electrical, electronic, and PC/software skills.
Requirements
- Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field), or equivalent relevant working experience Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts , including night shifts About Micron Technology, Inc.
