Key Responsibilities
- Metrology & Defect Detection Support Perform measurement activities using established recipes to provide quick and accurate feedback on product integrity.
- Operate inspection and metrology tools to support defect detection using the latest innovative inspection technologies.
- Collect and organize measurement and defect data for engineer review.
- Process & Equipment Monitoring Conduct routine monitoring using Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts according to defined tool qualification criteria.
- Follow sampling methodologies to proactively identify deviations in machinery and processes and escalate abnormalities promptly.
- Support Engineers and Engineering Operations in tool maintenance schedules, tool recovery, and basic troubleshooting activities.
Requirements
- Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials, or related fields.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Candidates with experience in semiconductor fabrication processes are preferred.
