Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Strategy & Planning - Develop and maintain a comprehensive regulatory approval roadmap aligned with the project master schedule.- Identify all required statutory submissions and approvals across project phases.- Advise the Project Director and design teams on regulatory risks and compliance requirements.Establish permitting timelines, lead times, and authority engagement strategy. Authority Liaison & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact with relevant Singapore authorities, including but not limited to:
- BCA (Building and Construction Authority)
- SCDF (Fire Safety & Civil Defence approvals)
- NEA (Environmental Impact Assessment, pollution control)
- PUB (Drainage, sewerage, water supply)
- MOM (Workplace safety & health)
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Qualified Person (QP) status is advantageous but not mandatory.
- 8ok L+ years of experience in Singapore industrial or large infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing approvals for complex facilities (e.g., manufacturing plants, cleanrooms, data centres, petrochemical, large logistics hubs).
- Strong working knowledge of CORENT submissions and Singapore statutory processes. Technical Knowledge
