Key Responsibilities
- Work with respective Area Process/Equipment Owners, Manufacturing and Central teams to drive inline and outgoing control to meet customers' qualityrequirement
- Manage quality deviation and drive for closure of corrective/preventive actions to drive for deviation reduction and continual improvement
- Perform Data Mining as part of problem solving. Support sitefocuson improving performance variation thatimpactquality performance
- Work with Global Quality, Product Engineering & Central Teams to understand key customer quality issues and drive these issues to resolution within the site
- Develop strong relationships with Global Quality, Product Engineering & Central Teams to improve business process performance.
- Lead projects to drive Quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Job Requirements, Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's orMaster's Degree in Mechanical/ Material/ Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
- Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels
- Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
- Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron
