Key Responsibilities
- Identify, diagnose and resolve process and equipment related problems
- Coordinate and execute process, equipment and material evaluation / optimization initiatives and implement changes at process step
- Lead / Support the New Equipment Qualification to support new technology development and production ramp.
- Lead / participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities
- Validate and fan out new process baseline qualified, including new process, tools and/or materials for new product introduction
- Support SPC/FDC/RMS/APC

- Preferred Technical Skills Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), design of experiments (DOE), and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Knowledge of AI tools and application
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and quality teams
