Key Responsibilities
- Direct, encourage, define targets, and lead a group of skilled engineers and technicians.
- Guide engineers and technicians in maintaining various engineering tools and lab operations to adhere to strict standards.
- Improve equipment uptime and adopt established approaches for engineering tools and lab operations.
- Coordinate with collaborators to determine engineering equipment and lab infrastructure requirements.
- Optimize lab space and ensure flawless practices for lab layout and build planning.
- Lead the local team in adopting and deploying Global GEL initiatives and BKMs.
