Key Responsibilities
- As a Probe Shift Equipment Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will lead a team of shift equipment technicians to meet equipment schedules, production standards, and operational costs, ensuring department goals are achieved.
- Your responsibilities include setting clear expectations, providing continual performance feedback, and outlining improvement plans for your team.

- Oversee the day-to-day performance of a work unit that performs complex tasks and collaborate closely with management, engineering, production, and training personnel to meet company goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or equivalent.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience through academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities, with the ability to build and develop an effective team to tackle equipment operation challenges.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven problem-solving abilities, knowledge on problem solving like 8D, 5 Why analysis, Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis to deliver effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) and personal initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated PROBE internship experience within a semiconductor company.
